Exigo is the successor to the renowned veterinary version of

the Medonic hematology analyzers, which also has become

known as one of the sharpest veterinary products in the

market. By launching Exigo purely for veterinary use, focus is

dedicated to veterinarians alone and what animal blood

components require from a hematology analysis system.

Ease of use

Exigo is self-intuitive and easy to handle through a graphical touch screen with clear tabs, buttons and explanations. With the new Quick View you can, in a glance, see if results are within range – or use the traditional view with curves, parameters and alerts.

Instead of mysterious flags and strange error codes Exigo will give hematological guidelines with clear recommended actions on pathological samples and useful system information messages.

New Advanced Diff

WBC differential from animal blood is one of the more difficult parameters to measure, and often normal samples are incorrectly flagged for abnormalities, causing more work for the veterinarian. Exigo comes with a new improved WBC diff method removing up to 80% of such incorrectly flagged samples.

On board reagents and clot prevention

All required reagents are conveniently stored in a rack next to the system. With the new built-in probe flush and addition of enzymatic cleaner, blood clot problems have been reduced to a fraction compared to veterinary analyzers without this function.
